Description

Fairsight Personality (Full) is a modern personality assessment based on the Big Five framework and Item Response Theory (IRT).

Unlike traditional self-report tests, candidates choose between statements rather than rating them. This Forced-Choice format limits the effect of social desirability and response bias — giving a more accurate and fair picture of the person behind the answers.

Built with fairness and inclusivity at its core, it provides clear, reliable insights for both selection and development. The test design ensures that every candidate is measured on the same scientific foundation, regardless of language, culture, or self-presentation style.
